I want to provide you with an update on how we at The Albany Auto Group are addressing the challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
As it has always been, the health and safety of our customers and colleagues remain our top priority. In response to COVID-19, we have taken additional measures published by the CDC to make our cleaning protocols even more rigorous: This means more frequent cleaning of heavily-trafficked areas including entrances, door handles, customer lounges, workstations, and restrooms. Additionally, we will be cleaning our service shuttles and loaner vehicles before and after each use.
However, we understand that in the current environment customers are not able to visit our dealership. You can still view our inventory online and reach us through our website, email or chat. We have staff able to respond to all inquiries. Our service department is open Monday through Saturday 8am-4pm you can schedule an appointment online or by phone.
While your vehicle is in for service our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and additional measures to ensure your health and safety. Technicians are wearing gloves while servicing your vehicle, and wiping down surfaces after the service has been performed. If you are in need of service but prefer to not visit our dealership in person, we offer pick-up and delivery by appointment. Please schedule in advance as pick-up and delivery appointments fill up fast.
At this time, we are open for business and committed to providing the same exceptional service you have come to expect.
